How to configure dynamic Forms

One of our favorite features is dynamic forms. This means you can show or hide specific Questions related to entered or selected Data from a previous Question.


TABLE OF CONTENTS


Step 1: Visibility Mode

  • Open the Service and navigate to the question you want to hide or show dynamically.


The First Question cannot be shown or hidden dynamically.



Step 2: Select Linked Question

  • Here, you can select a Question that is ordered before your question chosen.




Step 3: Condition Values

  • please select and configure your Condition and Condition Value.



Depending on the Linked Question you have different Conditions to select



Available Conditions


  • Date
    • After (Timespan)
    • Before  (Timespan) 
    • Is Empty (True/False)


  • Text
    • Contains (String) 
    • Equals (String) 
    • Not Equals (String) 
    • Starts With (String) 
    • Does Not Start With (String)
