How to get the correct Domain Search Root

The Domain Search Root Value is essential for the au2mator Self-Service Portal Licensing. There are several ways to determine the correct Value.

PowerShell

The easiest way is to get it with PowerShell. Run this Command

"Get-ADDomain | select DistinguishedName"

Active Directory Console

Make sure the Advanced Features are select

Afterward, right-click on your domain name and select Properties.

Take a look at the distinguishedName Property in the Attribute Tab.

au2mator Self-Service Portal

When you have already installed an au2mator Self-Service Portal, you can see the Value in the Portal under Settings and Information.
